What is your job name and work unit?

Stakeholder Relations and CRM Manager – External Relations

How did you come to work at the University?

A friend of mine who was doing his PhD recommended I look for work at the University for a change of pace

Describe your typical day?

Ride into work

Check with staff on any issues they may be having and offer support

Attend meetings with Academic Divisions and within External Relations

Answer emails and requests from CRM Users

Plan for how to improve the CRM and the team to help our users

Ride home (a lot slower than I rode in)

What is it about your job that holds your interest or is particularly satisfying?

Helping stakeholders meet their goals. Helping staff get the skills to take the next step in their career.

Friends I have made

I can stop talking…sometime
