Share your campus secrets! Seeking anecdotes for new campus tour map

April 16 / 180

Do you have a fun story about the University's campuses that not many people know about?

External Relations is currently developing a new campus tour map and we are on the hunt for interesting, lesser-known campus tales and titbits to include in a “Secrets of the University” section.

For example, did you know that back in 1930s, a group of cheeky students once made the Old Arts clock toll 466 times, starting at 6.30am?

Or were you aware the System Garden tower is commonly known as the Rapunzel Tower?

Or that the curtains that hang over the windows along the east facing wall of Wilson Hall are the longest curtains in the southern hemisphere?

If you have any stories or fascinating items to share, please email them to us by COB Friday May 6.
